Official building permit records published by BC municipalities: open-data portals in Vancouver, Surrey, New Westminster, Maple Ridge and Victoria, plus weekly permit reports from cities like Burnaby and Richmond. Every permit links back to its source.
Which cities do you cover?
12 BC cities today, with more added by permit volume. Check the building permits hub for the live list and the cities in progress.
Is this the same lead everyone else gets?
Permits are public records, so anyone could find them. Almost nobody does. We put every new build in your radius in front of you each Monday, filtered for your trade, before most competitors know the job exists.
How soon after a permit is issued do I see it?
Cities with open-data APIs update daily and land in your Monday list the same week. Cities that publish weekly reports are usually one week behind issue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, in two clicks from Settings. You keep every CSV you have received.
Do you contact homeowners?
No. PermitRadius shows companies only. We strip personal names, phone numbers and emails from every record before it reaches you.
