PermitRadius collects new building permits from BC municipal records every week, removes personal information, and matches each permit to your trade and service radius. Every Monday at 7 a.m. you get an email with the new builds near your yard, the builder behind each one, and a CSV. Plans start at CA$${SOLO} a month with early-access pricing locked in.

Straight from BC city records.
We read the building permits BC municipalities publish: open-data portals, weekly permit reports and daily lists. We keep the original record, the permit number and the link back to the source.
If a city asks us not to use its data for outreach, we don’t.
