The service

PermitRadius (operated by [Legal entity name], British Columbia, Canada) provides a weekly email and downloadable list of building permits filtered by location and trade, compiled from public municipal records.

Trial and billing

• New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged before the trial ends.
• Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars (Solo CA$39, Crew CA$79 at early-access pricing, plus applicable taxes; early-access prices stay in effect for as long as the subscription remains active) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.

Acceptable use

• The list is for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• You are responsible for how you contact businesses on the list, including compliance with CASL, PIPA and municipal rules. Do not use the list to contact individuals for marketing.
• Do not attempt to access the service by automated means beyond your subscription.

Data accuracy

Permit data is provided as published by municipalities and may contain errors or delays. We correct reported errors promptly but do not guarantee completeness or that any permit results in work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes are heard in the courts of British Columbia.
