What landscapers ask us.
How far ahead of the landscaping do I see a job?
Usually 6 to 18 months. The permit is issued before the foundation is poured, and yards go in near occupancy. That’s the window to meet the builder.
Do you include commercial landscaping?
Not in the landscaping filter today. Commercial permits are available under Post-construction cleaning, and a commercial landscaping filter is on the roadmap.
Can I filter out small renos?
Yes. Set a minimum declared value in your settings; the landscaping default is $350K.
Do I get the homeowner’s contact info?
No. We show the builder company and the site address block only. Homeowner names, phones and emails are removed.
What cities do you cover for landscaping?
12 BC cities today: Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam and more. New cities are added by permit volume.
