What does “early access” pricing mean?
You’re in before launch, so you pay CA$39 (Solo) or CA$79 (Crew) a month and that price stays locked in for as long as you keep your subscription. After launch new customers pay CA$49 and CA$99.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, to start the 14-day trial. You won’t be charged until day 15, and you can cancel in two clicks before then.
Are there per-lead or setup fees?
No. One flat monthly price covers every permit in your radius, however many there are.
How does “Find contact” work?
On Crew, every lead has a Find contact button. One click finds the builder’s business listing and website, then reads the contact details published on the company’s own site: phone, email and website appear on the card and in your CSV. Every builder we look up joins a shared library, so your team (and every other subscriber) gets it instantly next time.
Can I change my radius or trade later?
Any time, from your settings page. Changes apply to the next Monday list.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes (GST/PST). Your statement shows PERMITRADIUS.
What if my area has too few permits?
Check your radius first. If the count is low we say so before you pay, and we suggest a wider radius or a nearby city.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. You keep every CSV you have received.
